Prices shown are for Saturday to Saturday. Check in is anytime after 3pm at the latest departure is 10 am this allows us a 5 hour window to inspect and prepare the property for the next guest.

Flexible Short Breaks welcome out of season from November to February for bookings up to 4 days no additional fuel surcharge priced at just £265.00(excluding Christmas,New year and Feb half term).

A £100 breakage and key deposit is required upon sending the final payment- this is refunded by cheque or bacs payment 7 days after return of keys and our property manager has inspected the property for breakages or damage or extra cleaning needed.

Sorry but this cottage has a strict no smoking policy and pets are not allowed. Quilts and pillows are provided within the price. But to keep the price as low as possible linen is not provided as standard.

However we do offer a linen service where will supply Quality sheets, Pillow cases and Duvet covers for all occupants for just £75.00 per booking.
